Amanda

She is the youngest member of our staff. Between piano lessons, tap, ballet and contortion classes you might see her clearing tables, seating guest or hanging from the ceiling. Literally…she takes trapeze classes as well. So she needs to work sometimes to help us pay for all those classes! Amanda is our adorable daughter. Just don’t tell her she looks just like me or she’ll roll her eyes and give me one of those death stares from across the dining room. Not really…it doesn’t bother her. Well, maybe sometimes. Love you sweetie!
